Show & Tell
Problem: Filmmakers are scared to host virtual screenings because they don’t understand them.
As Show&Tell’s second hire, I joined CEO/Founder Keith Ochwat at the beginning of the pandemic. Filmmakers and their audiences were stuck at home, but no one had ever tried to host a “virtual screening” before.
So, instead of focusing too much on the events themselves, I led a copywriting strategy that leaned into Keith’s position as a consultant / visionary in the space. Signing up for Show&Tell meant working with Keith and part of that work was virtual screenings.
As Head of Product, I also managed our engineer and design teams in building out the VSP and wrote all of the back-end copy for filmmakers and front-end copy for attendees.
